Self portrait date

Removed the date "1969" from the infobox image. The article itself says Joe didn't start painting until 1975 and in 1969 he would have been 24 years old, not 65, and the image depicts the popular image of him from the 1990s onwards. 2604:3D09:1F74:1C00:E9BE:1A52:443C:7423 (talk) 04:18, 30 August 2025 (UTC)
