I think you've answered that yourself, as you have a perfectly good explanation for the usage, which does not depend on St Melor. I presume you are referring to the October Revolution, but that was on 25 October and is now commemorated on 7 Nov, following transition from Julian to Gregorian calendar.Sjwells53 (talk) 12:40, 28 March 2011 (UTC)Reply
