The introduction states that the movie is based on a real series of attacks, this is misleading. The events of the movie are purely fictional with no basis in real events. Alighieri99G (talk) 06:06, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
We never set out to deceive people into thinking that it's real. I understand people's emotional reactions to the material, that they want to believe or feel like that supposedly it's real. But it is a movie, it’s a motion picture. Everything that's in the movie is based on real cases, there's nothing in the movie that I made up.

Rachel Quinn was not 17
[edit]I did some math on the girls' ages and Amber was 17, but Rachel was actually 15 at the age of filming. I don't know how factual this is but when you google the year she was born and do the math, it comes out as 15... ~2026-26710-49 (talk) 06:57, 2 May 2026 (UTC)
