Hello. I am Megan Clarken, the subject of this article, so I am declaring a conflict of interest and am requesting these changes rather than making them myself.
I would be grateful if an independent editor could review the following factual updates.
‘’‘1. Criteo CEO tenure’’’
The article currently states that I became chief executive officer of Criteo in 2019, but does not reflect that I have since left that position.
Criteo’s SEC filings confirm that Michael Komasinski became CEO effective 15 February 2025, at which time I ceased serving as CEO and as a director. I subsequently served in a senior advisory role during the leadership transition, which ended on 16 November 2025.
Suggested wording:
“Clarken served as chief executive officer of Criteo from November 2019 until February 2025. She subsequently served as a senior adviser during a transitional period that ended in November 2025.”

‘’‘2. Capgemini board position’’’
The article currently describes me as a “current member” of the Capgemini Group Board of Directors. This is no longer current. My position on the Capgemini Board ended effective 31 December 2025.
Suggested wording:
“Clarken served as an independent director of Capgemini until 31 December 2025.”

‘’‘3. Description as a “former youth athlete”’’’
I would also ask editors to consider replacing “former youth athlete” in the opening description with the more accurate “former track-and-field athlete.”
Athletics New Zealand’s official records document my 6.52m New Zealand U20 long-jump national record, set on 10 March 1985. The article also documents that I represented New Zealand in multiple track-and-field events and represented Oceania at the 1984 World Cup.
Suggested opening wording:
“Megan Clarken is a New Zealand media executive and former track-and-field athlete.”

I am deliberately requesting these changes through the Talk page because I am the subject of the article and do not wish to edit my own biography directly.
Thank you for reviewing these updates. Elliott1802 (talk) 09:59, 14 August 2026 (UTC)
