This page should be rewritten or removed

Hello. I was going to fix some obvious mistakes on this page, when I realised that the whole article is of low quality, and not very useful. I was looking through the templates for Wikipedia, to see if I could add one, but I honestly feel like I don't have enough experience to decide what action is appropriate. I thought I'd at least make a section on the talk page, here. As this page is now, it detracts from Wikipedia's overall value, instead of adding to it, I feel like, so if big changes aren't made, it should be removed. 607 (talk) 17:06, 25 October 2017 (UTC)
