It is stated in the abstract of the first referenced paper that : " The algorithm can be initiated spontaneously at any node or at any subset of nodes." Therefore, I believe that the UI (unique initiator) restriction (pre-requisite) is invalid. Vjera Turk (talk) 12:29, 22 June 2018 (UTC)
Name origin
[edit]There does not seem to be any reference to the name "mega-merger" in either source. It would be helpful to know how common this name is also. --192.0.134.153 (talk) 05:53, 24 September 2021 (UTC)
