County Londonderry

[edit]

See Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style/Ireland-related_articles#Derry/Londonderry - "To avoid constant renaming of articles (and more), keep a neutral point of view, promote consistency in the encyclopedia, and avoid Stroke City-style terms perplexing to those unfamiliar with the dispute, a compromise solution was proposed and agreed in 2004 regarding the Derry/Londonderry name dispute, and has been generally accepted as a convention for both article titles and in-article references since then.

Use Derry for the city and County Londonderry for the county in articles..." I propose to amend the article accordingly. Alekksandr (talk) 17:54, 28 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Merge suggestion

[edit]

In line with other Mac/Mc names, I suggest merging MacIntyre into this one.Laterthanyouthink (talk) 08:13, 29 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

Support merge. I see no reason for the pages to be separate and there is already some overlap at MacIntyre. AllTheUsernamesAreInUse (talk) 22:08, 31 January 2024 (UTC)Reply
