Actually, I just ran both articles through a translation service and neither confirms the transfer has been completed:

• paok24.com: "he is expected on Thursday (13/7) in Thessaloniki in order to pass the medical tests and complete his acquisition."
• gazzetta.gr: "The issue is expected to develop today, with the Turks reporting that the striker from Tanzania will be in Thessaloniki, in order to undergo the necessary medical tests and, if nothing unexpected occurs, to officially become a PAOK footballer."

The move was announced by PAOK half an hour ago. Thanks for adding an inline citation, @Oltnilhn:. For future cases, @Jypas1986:, @Whisper4444: and @Thanbla:, a Wikipedia article shouldn't claim that a move has happened before it has been officially announced by at least one of the clubs involved in the transfer.
