I have concerns about this article's qualification of Notability (people) criteria. Particularly, many of the sources do not count towards Notability. For example:
bizjournals.com - is reputable, but it’s not ABOUT Polyakov, so doesn’t count towards Notability.
epravda.com.ua - looks like a pay-to-play article
wales247.co.uk is not reputable - there aren’t any names of writers or owners or editors on the site.
