Seconded re Turkish Salad. "Preparation" and photo don't fit together. Eother cooked down to a smooth paste, or less & still leaving the ingredients recognisable. Probable variations? Maybe Morocco vs Israel? Arminden (talk) 12:03, 14 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
