Add section on Gabel as a radio actor?

[edit]

Martin Gabel also acted for Orson Welles's Mercury Theatre, according to [his biography on TV.com]. In 1937, i.e. before the creation of the Mercury Theatre, he played Javert in Orson Welles's 7-part production of Victor Hugo's Les Misérables, the recordings of which are available at http://www.mercurytheatre.info/. Would this information justify adding a section on Gabel as a radio actor? It is scanty, but perhaps even a brief paragraph on the topic might encourage others to add further information. Calmansi

Is this correct?

[edit]

According to allmovie.com, Martin Gabel was the brother of actor Alfred Ryder and actress Olive Deering. I suspect this is incorrect, as I've not seen this information presented elsewhere. Kostaki mou 04:10, 31 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Just checked the article on Olive Deering. It's definitely incorrect. Kostaki mou (talk) 13:45, 30 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

What's my line

[edit]

Martin Gabel was not only a panel guest by "what's my line". He was the producer of the show! --95.116.11.238 (talk) 15:41, 7 May 2016 (UTC)Reply
