Needs a re-write
[edit]In comparing the main body of text in this article to that of the history section of the MB site, there are obvious "lifts" that will now necessitate a revision into a bona fide wiki article. FWiW, I am dumbfounded that the stuff was my creation; I must have been completely out of it to just transpose stuff this blatantly. Bzuk (talk) 19:44, 29 July 2009 (UTC).

- The only thing I can think is that it was a sandbox project that I began with sloppy copying and transferred it without thinking into a mainspace article. I will do some serious rewriting. FWiW Bzuk (talk) 22:49, 29 July 2009 (UTC).
