Paper Trail

Meta Counsel for the insane, conflicted, or misrepresented
[edit]Does anyone have information about the right to counsel to make the motion to oppose counsel based on conflict or misrepresentation? If not, how is this not a deprivation of the right to competent counsel? I seem to recall that there is a right to counsel in a 1367 Motion for "tests for insanity" context, but cannot find any sources on either. Does anyone have any sources or info?.
