Paper Trail

[edit]

Most defense attorneys I know repeatedly say that the most important thing a defendant needs to know regarding a Marsden Motion is to create a paper trail. Can anyone help locate reliable secondary sources on this so it can be included in the article? PPdd (talk) 21:01, 1 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

Meta Counsel for the insane, conflicted, or misrepresented

[edit]

Does anyone have information about the right to counsel to make the motion to oppose counsel based on conflict or misrepresentation? If not, how is this not a deprivation of the right to competent counsel? I seem to recall that there is a right to counsel in a 1367 Motion for "tests for insanity" context, but cannot find any sources on either. Does anyone have any sources or info?. Does anyone have access to do a Shepard search or nexus lexis

[edit]

Does anyone have access to do a Shepard search or nexus lexis on the subsequent case history. If so, I can look up the cases and include them in the article. PPdd (talk) 00:17, 2 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
