Date of the killing

[edit]

No where on here is it added of the time where Mark killed John Altinger. This should be included — Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.225.134.234 (talk) 01:05, 21 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Done - Technically we don't know when he died, but I added the date he disappeared to the text. TDL (talk) 04:23, 21 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

Description of Mark Twitchell as an "artist"

[edit]

There has been some back and forth about including the word "artist" in the first sentence summarizing Mark Twitchell. Given the nature of Twitchell's crimes, I think it's important to be mindful about the wording of this article, and as I did not see any substantiation or citation for the claim that he is an artist, it appears to be a subjective assessment. I have therefore removed the word artist. Twitchell made or started work on several films, so I've left "filmmaker", though I'm not sure "aspiring filmmaker" wouldn't be more accurate, since this is how he is described in several news articles, and his imdb page shows that he started, but did not complete, three films.
