History

[edit]

Does anybody understand the first para of History? I would be astonished. Because it was written by an early translation machine — and they don't understand what they write. So why should the poor reader of Wikipedia understand? The Portuguese original, to begin with, is a nice tale without much hard facts und no direct relation the the bridge. If this is put into a meat grinder, you would never make a decent burger out of it. The next para, too, seems to be pure copy into the machine and paste the result. This wonderful wikiprose should be deleted. --AHert (talk) 15:39, 17 July 2018 (UTC)Reply
