Maria Tarn was not the eldest daughter of Joseph Tarn, Joseph was married 16/10/1792 in Holborn, his daughter Elizabeth was baptized 5/11/1793, there was also another daughter Barella born 23/6/1795 married Richard Cockle 25/5/1819 in St Ann, Blackfirars, Richard was the Sec to the Foreign British Bible Socoety in 1821 living in Earl Street, Joseph Tarn mentions the Cockle and Dyer families in his will in 1837 and gives his address as Earl Street, Blackfiers
