Renaming this page

[edit]

I think this page is badly named. There was more than one Manfredi Chiaramonte in the dynasty. I suggest renaming this page Manfredi III Chiaramonte to match the Italian and to prevent confusion. Already the Palazzo Chiaramonte page on Wikipedia credits Manfredi III Chiaramonte as the founder even though he wasn't yet alive when it was built. It's more likely to have been his grandfather, Manfredi I Chiaramonte, who founded the palace.

There are a lot of pages linking to this page and so I think a redirect will be needed. Let me know if anyone has an objection to the rename and redirect. I'll make the change if there are no objections. Kned Wiki (talk) 16:07, 18 September 2025 (UTC)Reply
