Mancherial town population is 86,911. Mancherial total mandal population is ~ 1.6 Lakh. Don't put 1.6 lakh under town population , since it is half of the mandal polulation. Many mandals in telangana consists more than one lakh.

Orphaned references in Mancherial

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Mancherial's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "language":

  • From Hyderabad: "Table C-16 Population by Mother Tongue: Andhra Pradesh (Urban)". Census of India. Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India. Archived from the original on 22 June 2022. Retrieved 22 June 2022.
  • From Nizamabad, Telangana: "Table C-16 Population by Mother Tongue: Andhra Pradesh". Census of India. Registrar General and Census Commissioner of India.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. Feel free to remove this comment after fixing the refs. AnomieBOT 22:56, 26 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
