I think this page should be merged with the page Control (management).
It looks like the opening paragraph of this page is closely aligned with the opening paragraph of the Control (management) page, and so probably a simple redirect would suffice.
However, I think the title of this page ("Management control system") is more useful to the average reader than the title Control (management), so I suggest that the content of that page is moved here, and the redirect made from Control (management) to this page.
Possible vandalism ...
