Dr. Ch Rehmat Khan was very Famous parson of Mamyan he was Supplied electricity in Mamyan on 1980 and he was Ex Chairman of Union Council Chotala. He Situated Road of Mamyan in 1985 when he was Chairman of Union Council Chotala. He was makeed the Mamyan girls Primary School of Mamyan in 1988. He was Died on 27/03/2006.
