USA isn't Westminster

[edit]Why should this article have a list of first maiden speeches following general elections for the UK House of Commons? Do secondary sources make such a list? Surely every MP makes a maiden speech at some point; do sources consider it particularly significant that an MP was the first to make a maiden speech following a general election?
