[edit]First of all, I liked that the writer mentions the recent results of this technique,also she explains the caveat of the process. In addition, I found that all references are reliable sources. But I have some comments in the Advantages and disadvantages section. In this section, I only read about the cons of the technique. I suggest writing some points about the pros. The article was informative, and I appreciated that the ms2 procedure was explained. I would suggest that the advantages and disadvantages be separated into two different headings to better absorb the information.
