How about the clinical trail of MG132?

MG132 has good activity against proteasome, which could compare with PS341 (Bortezomib,VELCADE). However, there is no information about its progression in the clinical trial. Who knows why? Thanks! 202.127.26.2 (talk) 14:38, 18 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Biological Activity of MG-132

Misleading information in the editing comment of 16 March 2018

As i cannot change the comment of my editation on March 16, 2018, I would like to apologize for a wrong information put in the comment. I wrote, that Calpain was one of the names of the proteasome. This was a stupid mistake of mine. It is not, but another non-lysosomal peptidase (not even a threonine-peptidase, but a cysteine-peptidases). So, if someone reads the editing history, please don't get confused by this comment, which should be corrected.
