even in the first edit of this article: "Template:Qi", quotations from people aren't even in quotes, too many peacock/flowery words and AI-style writing per WP:AISIGNS, one of the statements under History and Purpose is tagged "Potential AI-generated content", plaintext formatting for no reason in one of the references, promotional content just lauding praises on this museum...

I need other people to discuss about this article's problems. I personally believe this article could be its own thing, but even in the oldest revision and the current revision, this article is not at a good spot to stay on the mainspace. Hello @MissioneditReturns and @STACKofBRIEFS, this article showed up as a suggested edit for me. I speak French (France, second language) and English (US, native) and to me some of the language issue can come from translating French directly into English. In my experience French sounds more flowery than English.
