Brazendale (1994)

[edit]

My copy of Brazendale, David (1994), Lancashire's Historic Halls, Carnegie, ISBN 1-85936-004-1, mentions Lytham once, with reference to Lytham Priory, on page 32. Lytham Hall is not mentioned anywhere in the entire book, certainly not on pages 245 or 255, which are part of the chapter on Rufford Old Hall. Is it just that the wrong edition has been used in the Sources? 1994 is the first edition, so maybe there is a later one, that has Lytham Hall in it?
