Merger proposal

I propose that Lynn Russell Chadwick (artist) be merged into Lynn Chadwick. They are clearly about the same topic but Lynn Chadwick pre-dates the new article by 6 years. While it is questionable whether Lynn Russell Chadwick (artist) should have been created (from an Articles for Creation draft) in the first place, the new article is generally good and identifies a number of authoritative sources on Chadwick. We wouldn't want to 'throw the baby out with the bathwater', would we?! Sionk (talk) 21:31, 17 July 2014 (UTC)

Oops, I didn't realise there were responses here. I removed the merger discussion template from this article because ‎Bgwhite has over-ridden me and redirected Lynn Russell Chadwick (artist). I don't think the idea of expanding the article is contentious anyway. I'd just suggest someone expands the old article, using some of the new info from the new draft (it will still be available in the edit history). Sionk (talk) 22:20, 18 July 2014 (UTC)
