It's impossible that all of the their products are "manufactured in St. Louis, MO, when they sell several brands of Kentucky Bourbon.

They may mean manufacturing as in bottling, labeling and packaging in some cases, since I think they do buy bulk spirits. So just what they do do, they do at their current St. Louis address. It's a one story warehouse type building on a hill across from a grocery store. If a company has a long history of buying up some brands and being a kind of middleman then maybe that's what happens.
