@Boneless Pizza!:

• One major comment. There is commentary about how the original Luis Sera's design was made but we only have a the remake. Is it possible to put a small image of vanilla Luis in any side of the article? There is no need to make a full shot but just the face to illustrate more the design in any section.

I'm not sure what is "vanilla luis" is. Also, I don't think we need another WP:FUR image.

• "He was a biologist who helped protagonist Leon S. Kennedy on his assignment to rescue the President's daughter Ashley Graham." I recommend revising this to present tense since it's video game commentary unless you aim to contrast the part of the plot with a later event.

• Maybe expanding his backstory from the remake in appearances will help to expand the article a bit to avoid any size issues.

Since its a remake, I don't think it should be expanded. What I did was I merged from the first paragraph since a remake is also technically a RE4.

• Reception section needs an introduction to the section such "Several writers for video game publications commented on Luis'...."
