A fact from Luigi Snozzi appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 20 September2026(check views). The text of the entry was as follows:
Did you know... that Swiss architect Luigi Snozzi became a professor at EPFL after students staged a sit-in over the withdrawal of his appointment?
... that award-winning Swiss architect Luigi Snozzi became an EPFL professor only after students staged a sit-in over the withdrawal of his appointment?
Source::HLS verification: "1985 und 1993 erhielt Snozzi den Architekturpreis Beton, 1993 den Architekturpreis Prince of Wales der Harvard University" Source
Translation: "In 1985 and 1993, Snozzi received the Beton Architecture Prize, and in 1993 the Prince of Wales Architecture Prize from Harvard University."
Architekturbibliothek verification: "2018 erhielt er den Prix Meret Oppenheim." Source
Translation: "In 2018, he received the Prix Meret Oppenheim."
EPFL verification: "During its processing, the appointment was suddenly withdrawn […] The students organised a demonstration and staged a sit-in in the president’s office […] This strategy succeeded and Snozzi ended up directing a large studio there until 1997." Source
Overall: Luigi Snozzi, now that's a good name! Great article expansion all around, kudos. Encyclopedic style is maintained throughout, and the layout of the article is solid. No typos to my eyes, should be good to go. P.S. below.
I am a little skeeved by the given source for the sit-in, it is attributed to a quote in the exhibition description, but who is being quoted & the author of the exhibition description are unclear. Does another source support this claim? I dug in on it and found that the exhibition posting elsewhere on the site - as you have cited on the page - is tagged with Laurent Stalder and none of the other presenters, which I'm going to understand as authorship. I went ahead and plunked it in.
Also, I added some redlinks to the page; both some QID wikidata links to increase the web, and the Torino School, which German Wikipedia has similarly redlinked: de:Bruno Brocchi Just seeding some future developments.
