Can we get another source besides Three Kingdoms?

This whole article is riddled with fictions that the author of Three Kingdoms has introduced to place Shu over Wu. Zhuge Liang never was assigned to produce arrows - the scheme was Zhou Yu's from start to finish. Until someone with a copy of the Southland biographies edits this page, I think all the stories should be removed altogether.

Of course! that story was fake. Romance of the three kingdoms is an alternate history novel, therefore it is not reliable. Thehistorianisaac (talk) 11:14, 15 February 2023 (UTC)

The Keen Strategist of Wu

If there is one person who did play both sides of the field, it would no doubt be Lu Su. After Liu Bei and his army were thrashed at ChangBan, Zhuge Liang met with Lu Su who was at the time Sun Quan's emissary for Wu.

During the attack of Cao Cao at Chi Bi, Zhou Yu tried his best to use many ruses that would end Zhuge Liang's life. Lu Su was well involved in both ploys and ruses that Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang knew of even when they fought against Cao Cao. Lu Su also kept Zhou Yu more focused on Cao Cao as much as he was trying to beat Zhuge Liang.

After the death of his predecessor, Lu Su still tried to keep the alliance of Wu and Shu together seeing that it would be beneficial. Althought Zhou Yu was jealous of Zhuge Liang, Lu Su still greatly respected Zhuge Liang's knowledge.(Much like Sima Yi did after the death of Zhuge Liang)

The only thing that can be a bit sad for Lu Su is he would fail against Zhuge Liang's deft eloquence and rhetonic every time. Zhou Yu, at times, even told him that he was caught by Zhuge Liang's words. --Zhang Liao 06:22, 30 November 2005 (UTC)
