Reason For Removing Mention of Louvar Theft
[edit]The theft of the louvar off the coast of Cabo San Lucas is just not notable enough to mention in the article. As mentioned in WP:Notability, and WP:EVENT, Wikipedia is not a news service, and events that merit inclusion into an article should be profound enough to affect how the subject is perceived, if not also newsworthy enough to be covered/mentioned by several different news services.--Mr Fink (talk) 21:22, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
Least concern or rare?
[edit]The same (offline) reference is used to support the species being "least concern" (infobox) and "very rare" (fisheries section). Which is it? 174.88.138.173 (talk) 01:20, 7 August 2024 (UTC)
