One thing that is noted here that is actually wrong is that the whole of the Anglican Catholic Church merged with the American Episcopal Church. Falk only took a small number of parishes with him, and the remainder of the ACC became the Anglican Catholic Church, Original Province. The whole affair is known as the Dearfield Beach Synod, which was called outside of the Canons of the Anglican Catholic Church.
