I would back The Scots Peerage over thepeerage.com any day. However, since thepeerage.com purports to cite Cokayne's Complete Peerage, which is a reliable work, I will check my copy of the latter. I am presently away from home, so it may be a few days...

Have now checked. Cokayne agrees with Douglas and the succession as presented here.
