- I have no idea -- a google search reveals what you're talking about, but raises some questions as at least one biography concerning Lord Kitchener the poster guy and not the calypso guy says he was born in Ireland and not Trinidad, though they are apparently the same person. Lord Kitchener, the British general was definitely a completely different person from Aldwyn Roberts the Calypsonion whose sobriquet was Lord Kitchener. The general was British and died c 1916. You'll find his entry at Horatio Kitchener. James Fryer
I reccomend this article be moved to something like Lord Kitchener (calypsonian), and the Lord Kichener article made into a disambiguation page. The Calypso Lord Kitchener took his pseudonym as a reference to the other then very famous Lord Kitchener. -- Infrogmation 22:05 9 Jun 2003 (UTC)
