Altlondon, I added the notability tag because based on the current refs, and the past AfD, this could still end up in AfD and could be deleted. What this needs is either a major profile of the station (e.g. WP:SIGCOV) from a major UK WP:RS (e.g. The Guardian etc.), OR, more references to LWR being covered in recognised books (as you have with the Rebel Radio book) – a few more of these, even if they are not detailed reviews of LWR, would help a lot.
