Thrust

There is a discrepancy with the value given for thrust of 5,100 lbf (2,315 N). 5,100lbf actually equals 22700N, while 2315N equals 520lbf. 5,100lb equals 2313kg - perhaps this is where the error lies? Given the thrust range of comparable engines from the period, I'd suspect 5,100lbf is the correct thrust, and I have amended the article accordingly. Efficiency

Why was it felt that the engine's efficiency had to be comparable to a piston-engine? I don't think any turbojet engine of that era could come even close at low altitudes (If they even can now). AVKent882 (talk) 02:56, 29 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
