Thanks, MurryCuncher and JarrahTree for turning a couple of sods on this vexed issue. We already had an outdated ABC source saying that a silk would be representing the state "pro bono". That was when the Barnett Coalition held sway. Things then changed and the well-placed West told a different hearsay story.
