You realize that the list of restaurants is just a filler to make the article look longer. Besides, as you said, llapingachos are typical from the highlands and the restaurants of the list are mostly from Guayaquil. This is very contradicting. You should write down some restaurants that are from the highlands, because the best llapingachos are made up there. No one who eats llapingachos in the highlands would ever eat them in the guayaquil. And saying that guayaquil is the main city of Ecuador is very biased and it is your personal opinion.
