Since the decline, I've reworked the draft. The example given was source #13 ("Liberals in Liverpool: Their legacy"), cited for Grimond/Young Liberals/Orpington material it doesn't contain. That was right, and I've removed it. I then went back through every quote and every figure and checked each against its source, paraphrasing/cutting anything that wasn't well supported, and removing refs I couldn't fully verify. The draft is much, much shorter (and hopefully plainer as a result). It's my own writing from the listed sources. I'm very happy to fix anything else flagged. Thank you.
