I came to this Wikipedia page to find out a little more about her biography, and I concur that she lacks "visibility". There is no way in which this page could be considered WP:PROMOTIONAL (and the subject is clearly notable). The fact that it was created by a (gf) SPA is irrelevant, given that, in its current form, it does not appear to express any sort of personal viewpoint. Ayse Tashkiran declares a background as an academic researcher in the field (e.g. Tashkiran A (2016). "British movement directors". In Evans M, Kemp R (eds.). The Routledge companion to Jacques Lecoq. London: Taylor & Francis. pp.227–235. ISBN9781317594635.), and this expertise helped make a valuable contribution to Wikipedia.
