Who is Serbon, Illyrian/Slavic god?

Why are the Egyptian deities listed separately from the African deities. Last I checked, Egypt is in Africa. Further, why does Africa have one section to list deities, but none of the other continents do? Mandarangan query.

I'm confused. Under Filipino: "Mandarangan: the Bagobo war deity married to Darago and resides at the top of Mount Apo. Human sacrifices made to him are rewarded with health, valour in war, and success in the pursuit of wealth."

Does this mean that human sacrifices made to this god are restored to life, health, warrior status, and wealth? Or those making the sacrifices are given rewards?
