Horribly flawed page
[edit]This article is horribly flawed. I see from the history that it started out as a list of words ending in -scope, and then somebody renamed it to Viewing instrument, perhaps to avoid WP:NOTDICT. Not all of the items listed were "viewing instruments", however, and obvious viewing instruments that didn't end in -scope were excluded. I would have been inclined to fix it by moving it to a title like "List of -scopes", but I see that this option was discussed in AFD and the decision was to keep the article, with its current title. That means that the article needs to be rewritten to match the current title.--Srleffler (talk) 23:00, 31 January 2021 (UTC)
