Short Pages

I had too much to say to put in just an edit comment, so here I am.

There are various Short Pages reports on the project. These reports are limited in how many items go onto them. For every item on the report that does not need attention from the Short Pages patrollers, that's one less item on the reports that could use the attention. So adding the long comments to short pages that do not need attention from the patrollers is standard practice in order to get more pages onto the reports that do need attention. These comments do no harm to the pages that they are on, the simply serve to lengthen the page a little. If you have a specific reason you think that the comment harms the page, I will be glad to hear it, but lacking that, the comment does productive good by removing the page from being unnecisarily listed on the short pages reports, with (as far as I know), no harm. - TexasAndroid (talk) 13:47, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
