[edit]The Veggie Galaxy is not a real diner because it does not fit the diner architecture definition. It should be removed from the notable diner list.IPBiographer (talk) 14:36, 14 February 2015 (UTC)

[edit]Both the 29 Diner in Fairfax, VA and the Triangle Diner in Winchester, VA appear to be permanently closed at this time. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2600:4040:29FB:3F00:6038:3F18:DD0A:9D47 (talk) 21:43, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
- I've noted closure of both, and added source citations. —ADavidB 22:32, 14 June 2023 (UTC)
Uhm.... was there specific criteria for inclusion I am not seeing?
[edit]As a native Portlander with parents born in New York obviously finding this list so thoroughly documenting the superiority of Portland's diner scene provided me, at long last, vetted evidence that their nostalgia for the great east coast diner was clearly born of myth as Portland's overwhelming dominance in the diner market seems to rival its overpopulation of strip clubs.
.... seriously, though, I mean, I guess technically this list is accurate but am I missing the reason this list is so hyperbiased towards pacific NW diners? This list needs serious expansion to not misrepresent the regional diner cultures of the US. Babythestarsshinebright (talk) 12:44, 8 May 2026 (UTC)
