I only included current settlements, but am not opposed to including evacuated and/or dismantled ones in another section. As far as outposts, there is no reliable data on populations or date established for them, and in any event they, in my view, dont belong in a list of officially sanctioned settlements. nableezy - 20:05, 30 November 2018 (UTC)Reply

Giv'at Ze'ev was recently upgraded to a city. It should be added to the list of settlements with city status. The Wikipedia page for Giv'at Ze'ev has already been updated to add this, and it uses this source: https://www.i24news.tv/en/news/middle-east/palestinian-territories/artc-area-in-west-bank-officially-becomes-an-israeli-city
