Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Lingnan. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.

Probable lapsus

[edit]

The following sentence in the article is gramatically illogical:

In response, the Han court under Emperor Wu dispatched the a punitive campaign in 111 BCE, conquering and permanently absorbing the Lingnan region into the Han Emperor as part of its southward expansion.

I suppose absorbing ... into Han Emperor at the end of sentence should be absorbing ... into Han Empire, but I don't know the subject or have access to sources to verify the proposed correction is suitable.

How the Han Emperor would explode if he needed to absorb entire region into himself is ridiculous, but I'd prefer the correction would be made by someone more knowledgeable of the subject then me. Marjan Tomki SI (talk) 08:20, 8 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
