[edit]i am a big fan of rugby and i play for my local team but i have one thing to mention if the ball is in play and the opposition is coming towards me is it illegal to grab me around the neck because the ref said it is but my teammates dis agree i am sure it is as it would be classed as a high tackle but, who is right? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.42.250.35 (talk • contribs) 18:24, October 17, 2006 (UTC)
