Light pollution during COVID and expanding Global Impact

Currently, there is nothing detailing light pollution during COVID, or how it may have decreased during the lockdown. Additionally, light pollution itself may be correlated to the spread of COVID.

Additionally, I think it would be good to expand Global Impact to countries or regions who aren't as effected by light pollution, but are still seeing an increase in light pollution. For instance, the reserves in Africa are seeing an increase in light pollution.
