I disagree with a merge. The song has a well-referenced charting history, as noted in the article, and that's one of the criteria for notability of songs. The fact it will remain a stub really isn't enough reason for a merge in my opinion; as long as an article is Verifiable and notable, it's in a good enough state for a wikipedia article; length of an article is not a requirement around here.
