Splitting Proposal

I propose that this be split into History of libraries in Croatia and List of libraries in Croatia. This is because the consensus of the pages in the category of list of libraries is to only list the libraries and not the historical context of these libraries.

I am not too interested in the subject so I'll allow you to create the article. I would like to note that, while I think that there are enough items for a standalone list, I think that there still need to be more citations before a list can be created. About half of the entries having citations would be good before creating a new list because of the verifiability policy. User:Easternsahara 16:25, 25 January 2026 (UTC)

I'm surprised article list type exists for other countries' library systems. All of this content can easily fit into the article within two sections: history and list. I'm indifferent to the creation of a separate list, but echoing the above, more citations will need to be added. Peripteros (talk) 17:49, 6 April 2026 (UTC)
